Refund Policy

No Refunds

All ticket purchases for our swing dance events and festivals are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to attend due to personal circumstances
  • Schedule changes or conflicts
  • Weather conditions
  • Dissatisfaction with the event

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. All transfers must be arranged via email by contacting us at swingislandmaltafestivals@gmail.com. Please include the original ticket holder's name, the new attendee's name, and relevant ticket information. Transfers must be completed at least 12 hours before the event.

Event Changes

In the rare event that we must cancel an event entirely, we will provide full refunds to all ticket holders. If we make significant changes to the event schedule or programming, we reserve the right to determine whether refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis.
